When you order your Watch Service Box, you’ll receive everything you need to securely send us your watches:

How It Works:
- Pack Your Watches: Once you receive your Watch Service Box, carefully wrap your watches in the provided bubble wrap (up to 2 watches per box).
- Seal & Ship: Place the wrapped watches in the Safe Box, seal it securely, and insert it into the provided secure courier envelope.
- Send Confirmation: Send us a WhatsApp message with a picture of your sealed parcel to initiate the process.
Complete Peace of Mind:
We prioritize the safety of your watches at every step. From the moment your Watch Service Box is picked up, you can track its journey online. Once received, we’ll even send you a video of your box being opened, so you can be confident that your watches are in expert hands.
After a thorough inspection, we’ll provide you with a detailed service estimate, which will be adjusted against the initial ₹1500 (including GST) estimation fee. If you approve, we’ll get to work—otherwise, your watches will be returned securely.
